This page is directed for informational purpose. There are video examples and also podcasts helping explain what arrow and bow components apart.

“ Cavitation is a phenomenon in which rapid changes of pressure in a liquid lead to the formation of small vapor-filled cavities, in places where the pressure is relatively low.

When subjected to higher pressure, these cavities, called "bubbles" or "voids", collapse and can generate an intense shock wave.

Hydrodynamic cavitation
can be produced by passing a liquid through a constricted channel at a specific flow velocity or by mechanical rotation of an object through a liquid. In the case of the constricted channel and based on the specific (or unique) geometry of the system, the combination of pressure and kinetic energy can create the hydrodynamic cavitation cavern downstream of the local constriction generating high energy cavitation bubbles.https://en.wikipedia.org › wiki › Cavitation

In the video above notice how the liquid in the bottles forms vapors like mini air bubbles.. This plays a big part in design of Firenock Truamhawk and/or the Daggers series of broad-heads.

High Speed in video above done between 1,700 fps - 5,300fps plus.
Equipment used;
Scorpyd TECH-1 bow
BADASS-X Bolt Build with AV3 vanes / 175gn Traumahawk
Huskemaw 3X32 Cross bow Scope.

In this Sneak Peek video you will see launch cycle of a 26inch 2.0 Concept build called the Cursor-X off of the Aero Micro Rest.

1. The Aero Rest you will see at 6,000+ frames per second dampen the arrow.
2. The Rest is set so that the arrow is suspend above the rail, not touching.
3. At 4,200 frames per second you will see a clean launch cycle of the 26 inch arrow from the Tech-1 bow.
4. An arrow with a better launch cycle will have better dynamics down range.
5. The rest / arrow combo is a huge gain. In one hand you have a rest that helps dampen what is happening in launch. In the other since the arrow in a concept system build it is a fast recovery rate arrow. This ultimately puts more power down range.
